My wife (Kayla), son (Tucker) & I had the privilege of moving to the Brainerd lakes area from Moorhead a little over 3 years ago. Since then we’ve had 2 more little ones (Weston 1, Nora 5m) and we love it here!  
I received my exercise science degree (with a strength and conditioning minor) & Science teaching degree from MSU-Moorhead.  I currently work my dream job at Takedown Gym training student athletes as well as training kids at the high school.  I have two passions; molding kids into the fastest, strongest and most well rounded athletes possible and HOCKEY.  This new opportunity I was given to train the BAHA kids was an obvious choice for me and can’t wait to get started!  Nothing would bring me more joy for Brainerd than seeing Brainerd become a hockey powerhouse in the State of Hockey! Thank you!
