BUY OUT option is available for $125. If missed during online registration, due date for buyout is November 1st. Cash/Check Only and can be turned into Chris Velasco in the BAHA office or on pizza fundraiser collection dates.
COLLECTION DATES – Orders and Money are due on Wednesday November 5th or Thursday November 6thfrom 5-7pm at the Essentia Health Sports Center main lobby. Please have your money and checks organized for easier handling by the volunteers. We will not accept pizza forms after Friday November 7th.
PIZZA PICK UP DATE – You MUST pick up your Pizza on Tuesday, November 25th from 4:30p-7:00p in the Crow Wing Recycling Rink front entrance. We do not have a place to store your pizza. If you are unable to make this date work, please find a substitute who can pick up for you.
PRIZES - We will have two layers to the prizes this year. Please see below on the details.
• Layer #1 - The Top 3 sellers will receive. 1st - $150, 2nd - $100, 3rd - $50
• Layer #2 - For every 15 pizzas sold over the 25 required amount you will receive a $10 BAHA Clothing Store gift certificate. Examples: 55 Pizzas sold you’ll receive a $20 gc. 70 Pizzas sold you’ll receive a $30 GC. 85 Pizzas sold will get $40 GC
