Hello BAHA Parents,
Welcome to another exciting year of Brainerd Hockey! The BAHA Board has to manage the association’s increasing expenses for things such as ice time, tournaments, travel and referees. As a result, we need to supplement our revenues through fundraising efforts.
We will again sell GIOVANNI’S Frozen Pizza to generate additional revenue. This fundraiser is mandatory and part of your registration. Each FAMILY is required to sell 25 pizzas. Attached is your pizza order card. Please make checks payable to BAHA.
BUY OUT option is available for $115. If missed during online registration, due date for buyout is November 1st. Cash/Check Only
STARTING DATE - Friday October 8th & Saturday October 9th. Tryout weekend is when you can pick up your Pizza Packet.
COLLECTION DATE – Orders and Money are due on Tuesday November 2nd OR Wednesday November 3rd from 4-7pm at the Essentia Health Sports Center. Please have your money and checks organized for easier handling by the volunteers.
PIZZA PICK UP DATE – You MUST pick up your Pizza on Monday, November 22nd from 4:30p-7:00p in the Crow Wing Recycling Rink lobby. We do not have a place to store your pizza. If you are unable to make this date work, please find a substitute who can pick up for you.
PRIZES - We will have prizes once again for our top sellers, this is yet to be determined and will be communicated once finalized.
