Try Hockey For Free! - Ages 4-9

On Ice Try Hockey for Free Event information

Try this no-cost, low-commitment introduction to ice hockey. No hockey or skating experience is necessary. Find out how much fun it can be to play this athletic, high energy sport with your friends! During the session, you will learn basic skating and stick-handling skills along with playing a few simple fun games.  By the end you will have a taste of the hockey experience and will know better if hockey is a sport you want to continue playing (we're pretty sure you will!)  Coaching provided by Brainerd Amateur Hockey Association certified and trained coaches.  Protective gear, sticks and hockey skates will be provided for use during the sessions. Anyone with equipment, skates or sticks are encouraged to bring their own.  Please register early so that proper sized equipment can be made available.  Ice sessions will be at the Essentia Health Sports Center (hockey rink) located at 502 Jackson Street Brainerd.
