***Please note***

All past due balances must be paid and previous volunteer requirements completed before you will be allowed to register.  If  you receive a message that says invalid access, it is because you have a past due balance or haven't fulfilled your volunteer requirements from the previous season.  Please contact us to bring your account current.

• Bantam, Peewee, Girls 12U, Squirts & Girls 10U  -  Deadline is September 3, 2023.  A $300 late fee will be assessed to Returning Travel Age BAHA players that register after September 3, 2023.

• Mini-Mites/Mites & Girls 8U/6U  --NO Deadline for these age groups.   Registration must be complete before you can participate in the hockey season and in the equipment rental program. Season starts in mid-October. There is no late fee for Mini-Mites/Mites &  Girls 8U/6U players, but we strongly encourage you to sign up early so your player can participate in the FREE BAHA Learn To Skate Program and receive all the necessary season information!

Welcome to the Season Registration with Brainerd Hockey!

SPORTS ENGINE (abbreviated SE) USER ACCOUNT:  On-Line Registration requires you to have a SportsEngine User account. This account is needed for registration and volunteer requirements.  You will need this account for Step 2. (Please see note below regarding SE accounts)

If you already have a Sports Engine user account, please use that account. Your information is stored in your account and it will auto fill many of the fields for you.  Once you have a SE account, that same account can be used on any other SE website (example: MN Hockey website, USA Hockey website, other youth sport associations etc.).

If you do not already have a Sports Engine User account, you will need to create an account for the BAHA website. 

***Please Note***  The primary form of the communication with you from BAHA is via email and based upon your SportsEngine account. So, please verify you have correct and current info listed.  Also, we recommend that you add a secondary contact on your SE account so both parents receive the info (or another person that needs to be aware of BAHA events, or practices etc.) All of your SportsEngine account info should be current so you're able to receive our communications. This info entered is also used to compile voting lists in BAHA elections such as for the Board of Directors.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey (link provided below) and then return to this Registration Session to register with BAHA for the season.

• Step 1:  USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION-  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  BRAINERD HOCKEY REGISTRATION-  Return to this registration and proceed. Click on the current season registration link at the bottom of this page.  During this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. 

Your registration is not complete until ALL registration materials have been received and NO player will be allowed on the ice until this information is received.

Division birth dates are listed below.  Players will be registered according to their birth dates.  

Registration Fees and on-line payment plans are listed below.  You will be given the option to pay your fees in full or select a payment plan.  If selecting a payment plan, future payments will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card on the designated dates. There will be a $7.50 payment plan fee assessed if you select this option.   ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PROCESSED ON-LINE.   Pre-paid cards are accepted. 

*  New members - Players that have never been registered with USA Hockey or any hockey association will be allowed to participate their first year for free thanks to Brainerd/Baxter CUB Foods!

​* Fees now include all tryouts and regular season tournament gate fees, You will be responsible for any gate fees incurred during MN Hockey tournament play.

*  The above registration fees do not include the USA Hockey/MN Hockey fee, which will be paid by you directly to USA Hockey.   

 *  If you select the payment plan option on the checkout page, you will be charged an additional $7.50.  If you pay in full, there will not be an additional fee.

Families registering 3 or more players will receive a 10% discount on their registration fees.  To receive the discount, family members must register at the same time and use the pay in full option.
